Elliott Land and Hardscaping provides landscape solutions for homeowners and businesses in Miami, Montgomery, Darke, Champaign and Shelby County.
Elliott Land and Hardscaping was founded by Blair Elliott in 2014, born from a lifelong love of creating beautiful outdoor spaces and being outdoors. Summers in college found Blair working on the grounds crew at The Piqua Country Club and for a local landscaper, where he discovered the satisfaction of turning raw land into thriving, vibrant landscapes. After graduating from Ohio University, Blair moved to Columbus and worked as an inside sales representative—but the office couldn’t compete with the call of the outdoors. He realized just how much he missed being outside, shaping and building new landscapes with his own hands.
Determined to follow his passion, Blair left his corporate job, returned to Piqua, and spent a year honing his craft with a local landscaper. The following season, he invested all the money he had earned and bought a dump trailer. He used the tools from his dads garage and his dads push mower and launched Elliott Land and Hardscaping.
From those humble beginnings, the company has grown into a respected local industry leader, known not only for its exceptional hardscape and landscape projects but also for its commitment to the communities we serve. At the heart of everything we do are our three core values: Community, Dependability, and Growth—guiding every decision, every project, and every interaction.
Community
We believe in investing the communities that we serve. It is our goal to enhance these communities not only with our landscape services but also with our donations of time, money and resources. We want to be a change for good.
We also invest in the community that we have created at work. Our brothers and sisters that we work with are our family. We are invested in their safety and day to day well-being. We look after one another and have a strong bond.
Dependability
We take pride in working for our customers. We are known for being early to appointments, meeting deadlines, communicating when something needs to be addressed, and standing behind our word. Doing the right thing isn’t an option at Elliott Land and Hardscaping, it’s our culture.

We want to provide the best landscape experience possible. We invest heavily in our employee’s development. Areas of growth include soft business skills, landscape courses, and hands on field training. We have numerous employees that are certified and continue to complete professional programs to master their craft and provide you with the knowledge and resources you would expect from a professional organization.
“Treat others the way you want to be treated”. – From the time we have our first meeting until the time we complete our project we believe in treating our customers with respect and honesty. We ask ourselves what we would do at our house, and what would we expect from someone that we were paying to do work for us. Sponsorship and donation requests are accepted year-round. Applicants are encouraged to submit requests a minimum of 90 days in advance. Please understand that funding is determined through an annual budgeting process, and all requests are evaluated based on availability, alignment, and impact. Submission does not ensure approval.
